BTSA’s aim is to provide our NQTs with the high quality support that is needed at the start of their teaching career. Our programmes ensure that all newly qualified teachers are equipped with the knowledge, skills and understanding essential to become effective teaching practitioners. The programme consists of five sessions and a full day conference, providing an opportunity for NQTs to reflect on their teaching experience and identify and share success amongst colleagues. They will then have an opportunity to explore areas of development, both personal and professional and complete a school based project. NQTs will be supported by a Specialist Leader of Education through their Induction year.
The NQT Programme will consist of:
- NQT Welcome Meeting (virtual) on Wednesday 9th September, 4.00 - 5.30pm OR Wednesday 16th September, 4.00 - 5.30pm
